This page explains the optional content licence you can grant Chattr at sign-up. It is a plain-English summary — the full clause lives in the Terms of Service.
If you opt in, you grant Chattr a licence to repost your posts anonymously — no name, no identifying detail — on Chattr's own social channels, as described in section 8.2 of the Terms of Service.
This is entirely optional. It is unticked by default, you can use every part of Chattr without granting it, and choosing not to grant it never affects your account. It is captured separately from your acceptance of the Terms and is never bundled with it.
