Sharing your posts

This page is a plain-English summary of section 8.2 of the Terms of Service, which is the full clause.

When you post on Chattr, you let Chattr reuse what you post on its own channels, including paid adverts on services such as Instagram, TikTok and Meta's advertising. We always do it anonymously, with no name or identifying detail, and we never license your posts to anyone else.

You can object at any time: turn off "Let Chattr share my posts anonymously" in Settings → Privacy choices and we stop using your posts in anything new. A repost made before you objected may stay up; ask us to remove a specific one at support@chattr.uk.

This applies to posts made on or after 5 October 2026. Posts made before then are reused only if you turned on the optional licence that applied at the time.
